Urgent Tenancy! I am looking for a student to replace my tenancy. The room is in Nottingham, Broadgate Park. The monthly rent is /pw (all bills included) and is available on January for immediate move in until July . The room is an ensuite room located on the door step of the University Park Campus West entrance. It is also a minute walk away from Beeston. There is a shared kitchen and dining area with 5 other flatmates (2 girls and 3 boys who are lovely and tidy). There is a laundry room located in broadgate park as well. You must be an undergraduate student at the University of Nottingham only. Please message me for more details!
