Room Available in North Portland

Room available as soon as February (but looking to interview as soon as practical) in North Portland house.

In search of a roommate to fill a second floor room in a full bathroom house situated in Portsmouth (North Portland). The house has all hard/wood floors, a large living room and a spacious kitchen. There is a single access, 3 vehicle, driveway (one car can get in and out at a time but 3 total can fit) and free street parking in front of the house is readily available.

You'll share a large bathroom/shower/tub with 2 other tenants on the upper floor and shower timelines have never before caused issues.. but that depends on shower schedules I suppose.

We are woman in our late s to early s. We range from social, hammock sitting, bartenders to basement dwelling, university students and plant based, Olympic lifting, medical school hopefuls, to car tinkering, handyman, flight attendants. All of us are of different personalities and we all moved in at different times in the last 5 years. At the core of our household dynamic we value keeping a comfortable atmosphere to which everyone likes coming home. Common areas are shared but have never really been used to entertain much in the way of festivities (not that anyone would object to that). We all are adults and have lives of our own but still interact with each other as if we are residents of the same apartment building.

The vacant room is on the North East corner of the house and overlooks the street and driveway. It has a closet and is about /month rent includes all utilities excluding Internet which is split evenly between all roommates ($ total per month right now split each). The security deposit is $ and does not cover last months rent.
