The large room is 510$/month and the medium room is 500$/month, and that includes everything! Ideal for students, it's a 5 minute walk from Concordia, and a 20 minute walk from McGill! Metro Guy Concordia is just around the corner, as well as buses, including the 15 and the 24. Provigo, PA (grocery store), and Jean Coutu are all a 5-10 minute walk as well.

This is a sublet, and the lease is flexible, so you do not have to stay in the summer. The current tenant is on exchange, and I am subleasing one of the rooms. I'm a 21 year old student at McGill, getting a bachelor's of Science!
