ISO: studio for me & my 3 ESA cats

Description

I work as a clinic manager in Santa Barbara. Mostly gone throughout the week, home on the weekends. I’m a homebody so no parties, frequent guests, or anything loud. I have three cats (Ms. Obi Kenobi, Lord Vader, and Anakin) that are my emotional support animals. They’re fixed, always indoors, and are calm. I keep their areas extra TIDY! I’ve given them enough toys and have never had an issue with furniture damage.
