Room for man and dog

am looking for a room/space for me and my sweet dog, Bessie Lou. She is very intelligent and well trained. We spend a lot of time outside exploring new trails together. I am a year full time student at MSU Denver (currently taking online classes) studying to become a substance abuse counselor. I am a part time delivery driver. I spend my time reading, writing, exercising and cooking. I have worked in a lot of restaurants and I don’t mind throwing down a spread when you’re hungry! I am clean, quiet and respectful of your space and privacy. I enjoy waking up early and going to bed early, so I am looking for a mellow place. I am willing to help out as much as you need around the home/property as well. I am hoping to find something month to month with the possibility of a long term stay of the fit is right.
