Private room with a game room

Description

I’m looking for a female roommate to share my home in a safe and quiet area of Cypress. The available space is a private room on the second floor, complete with its own bathroom and a large attached game room. I have a queen-size bed if needed.
I live with my eleven-year-old
son and am seeking someone clean, friendly, and easygoing. I don’t smoke, drink, party, have overnight guests, or own pets, and I’d prefer a roommate with similar habits. A background check, including rental history, will be required.
A little about me: I’m a hardware product developer working Monday through Friday. In my free time, I enjoy walking, cycling, cooking, and staying active with sports.
