Room to Sublet in Nashville

Description

I am in my early twenties moving to NYC for work, which is why I am looking to sublet my lease. The roommate staying is also in her early twenties, studying dentistry, and very friendly. She is quite busy with her studies this year, which is why she wants a chill, clean person to take over my lease. The lease in question is until the end of July so, a total of 6 months starting February with possibility of extending.

It is a nicely decorated room in a conveniently located townhouse. The room has a queen-sized bed, closet and TV. Though the bathroom is shared, there is an additional washroom downstairs. Washer and dryer are already set in place too. All bills are included.
