ISO roommates to occupy my house with me and my boyfriend. Located in N Portland by Peninsula Park, near the max and has a bus stop within a block, driveway and street parking. It's a two level house with the basement only partially underground as it still has windows that open. It is a bath, 2 living room house with sqft. Upstairs has the kitchen, two bedrooms, full bathroom, living room with fireplace. Down stairs has a connection door to the kitchen and it's own entrance from the driveway for privacy too, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, another living room with fireplace, and the laundry room that also works as storage as it expands under the stairs. Outside we have a fenced front yard and fenced backyard. Lease is nonsmoking indoors of any type, older historical house since this was a renovated monastery. Wood floors, and a closet in every room.
My partner and I occupy a upstairs bedroom with our dog, I also have one of the downstairs rooms as a communal craft/hobby room with sewing machine, makeup vanity and other things that can be shared. Instruments OK in basement living room. We mainly occupy the upstairs living area when home, and I work in the craft room with my hobbies on the weekends. We both don't smoke or drink alcohol. So two rooms open for rent, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. We can rearrange room occupation too. Rent is split equally, shared utilities which for 4 people is $+ utilities each per person. Of course if a couple occupies 1 room it would be split $+ each. Must be OK with dogs and respectful to the old wood house. Comes with washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, and storage room. Bathtub and shower in upstairs bathroom, standing shower in downstairs bathroom. If you enjoy gardening as well there is an above ground planter in the front yard and back yard is a decent size to build a garden.
