Hi! I am trying to find someone to take over my lease ASAP. This is a bath apartment that is fully furnished, and the room available is a Deluxe Bedroom with a bathroom connected. There are 3 female roommates already there. The rent is originally $, but I’m offering a $ per month discount! The lease runs until the end of July, and there is an option to renew.
