Looking for a friendly trustworthy addition to our place and neighborhood. Easily over sq/ft as well as a very cool balcony, a ton of space. PLUS- Separate entrance and parking off street! The kitchen is shared as is laundry in the finished basement. Located next to Wyman Park/Stoney Run with a park view and John Hopkins University Homewood campus in the background on Keswick rd. Just a short walk to the Avenue, JHU Homewood and R House and minutes from and Penn Station. Rent is $/month which includes BGE, Water, and Internet (may change a bit if rates change significantly). One month security deposit, two months notice for departure (but you'll love it!) Regular -ish schedules are the best and not so much night owls. No pets please. No party animals. No little kids. The room is for one person only (Maybe open to two, maybe). Must be neat and kinda social is a plus since it is a shared house. Must respect our neighbors, basically looking for the kind of person that when you go for a walk and see litter you pick it up and put it in the next trash can you see, basic decency kinda stuff.
