Looking to find someone to take over my spacious basement room in a shared townhouse. Will not be furnished as in pictures, but may be able to leave the tv stand if interested. in a great location just south of the plaza on Kortright and Gordon
• multiple bus options right outside of townhouses - buses directly to university, stone road mall, Clairfields commons and much more. can take over at any point during January w/ a small amount of notice
• multiple options for length of lease - the roommates may choose to extend and find another roommate if you plan to leave at the end of the school year, but may also choose to extend with them through the summer and next school year - roommates may also have someone else interested to take over around April if you’re looking for a more temporary situation
