Private Bed/Bathroom in Duplex

Description

I'm located in Woodside, Queens (NYC) a minute walk from the 7 train. The apartment (unfurnished) is a two floor duplex with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is an attic for some storage space and 2 balconies. I mainly work from home on the second level so even though we'd share the living room, you'd mostly have the first level to yourself. We'd only share the kitchen.

The private room comes with central heating and a lot of natural light. Rent is $ per month (security deposit is also $) and we would split heat, elec and internet.

The neighborhood is mainly residential and is about minutes to Midtown by train via the 7, F, R, M and E trains.

I'm pretty quiet and chill. Sometimes I go to to K-Town or New Jersey to hang out with friends. I'm also a musician/producer but I mostly record during the day on weekends. I like being respectful of others especially in a shared space. I play games, go to the gym, like deep conversations and laughing at bad movies. I tend to be mindful of other people's feelings and work to keep our common space clean. You can me at for availability and questions.
