[URGENT] Looking for lease takeover (1 year)

My roommate's room in Washington Heights is available on Jan 1st or ASAP

$ a Month + Utilities. The room is unfurnished except the AC unit and shelf/desk will still be there. Living room is also unfurnished, except for the dining table and TV stand but looking to furnish it soon.

The apartment is a bathroom and is located off of the th St A Train and near Target, fast food, and other restaurants. It’s also a 5 minute walk to the Train.The kitchen and bathroom are renovated - it has updated appliances, a washer and dryer in unit, and a dishwasher. There will be two other roommates, one being myself.

I work full-time remotely as an analyst and I’m also a professional dancer so I’m busy most of the days but I do work from home/coffee shops so I’m usually home during the day. The other roommate works in film and has a very sweet and calm cat.

Income requirements:
To get approved the landlord would need to see proof of income of at least a month rent, which would be $, and he prefers a credit score of at least . He also accepts guarantors who have an income of x the rent, and good credit score.
