Room or Roommate wanted!

Hi, I am looking for a room to rent or a potential roommate for a new lease on march .
I wouldn’t mind having more than one roommate. I have a small dog named Oliver. He is 7 and well trained. I work a lot and keep to myself. I have a friend who visits me on Sundays and sometime we stay at the house and watch movies together in my room. I don’t want that to be a problem which is why I am being upfront about it.
