Room for rent in a two story town home. The room is on the second floor and has its own bathroom. A bonus is a K LG TV which has been put there as part of the guest room. There is a fenced in patio in the back, and two parking spaces in front of the home. Water and trash are included in the rent, however, electric, internet and gas would be split . Room will be available end of January/beginning of February.
