I am graduating and need someone to fulfill the rest of my month lease that ends in May. I have one roommate who is neat, clean, keeps to himself, and goes to bed early. If you were to move in, you have the master bedroom with 2 dressers, a closet and queen size raised bed (super comfortable). This a great spot tucked off the main road in Narragansett. Please let me know if you are interested. Reach out about any questions about pricing or the home itself. First come first serve! Only additional cost from the $ is a small monthly wifi bill if you would like wifi (~$). Utilities are all included in the rent. No partying takes place here as well.
