2 Females Seek 3rd Female Roomate

I have an unfurnished bedroom (12x12) available in my 2 story townhome, with access to the common areas. There are 2 females living here presently (including myself). We are professionals in our late 30's, easy going, and keep the place tidy, clean, and quiet. There are 2 bathrooms, but just one full that we would share (this has worked well in the past with 3 people as my schedule is extremely flexible, and we are basically in and out with the shower/tub...we get ready in our separate rooms).

Parking is first come first serve on the unit premises; otherwise street parking is allowed on this quiet, dead-end residential street. Rent is $600 plus 1/3 of utilities OR flat $50 monthly fee. Security deposit equal to one month's rent is due upon move in. 6 month lease to start (possibly negotiable). Not pets. No drugs. No smoking.

Townhome is in a nice and safe neighborhood, close to bike path, river, parks, Pace Bus stops and a few miles to highways, the Metra, and downtown Elgin and St. Charles.

Bedroom shown in photo furnished, but will be available unfurnished. While there's a little room in house for your extra items - in kitchen cabinets, garage cabinets, etc. - there is no room for any furniture besides what goes in the bedroom.
