It’s a large room in a Downtown in 5 ½ + an office place just for you and the apartment is to share with only one lovely person. ☺

The apartments has lots of light with no neighbors above us, with only one on the side. I’ve never heard the neighbors so if you’re looking for a quite place, it definately works out. It’s 100m (1 minutes walking) away from Beaudry metro station and 400m (4 minutes walking) from Berri-Uqam. Also, 13 minutes walking to place des arts. It’s the perfect for any students who are searching for a close proximity to everything and a good price.

Also the apartment have a private entrance, 2 balconies, 10 feet high cellings, very nice mouldings on the doors and a skylight in the bathroom.
There are 2 closed bedrooms, a kitchen, a dinning area, a living room and a work space just for you.

Finaly, there is a really sweet cat in the apartment but if you don’t want a cat I can find her another home.

About the roomate :

Maidina studies human rights and english literature in Corcordia. She speaks English and French amongst other languages.

She an lovely easy going person who is looking for someone that can respect people and the environment she lives in. Can also contribuate to weekly cleanings and keeping the space around them tidy.

The price is 770$ all include (include hydro, fast illimitate Internet (300 Mbit/s)
