Roommate Wanted ($575 + Utilities)

My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd person to move in with us! It's a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath house right off ridge ave in Roxborough/ Manyunk area. It's a full house with a nice yard and big living space. The room that is open is a decent size and has a closet. This room is $575 a month and than we split the utilities which normally aren't bad at all. We do have a small dog that lives with us but she is the cutest thing you will ever see. We are looking to get someone to move in ASAP, and the lease it till march. Let me know if you are interested!
