URGENT Looking for a roommate Dec 1

Looking for two new roomies for my bath apartment in bushwick/bedstuy apartment! Both of my current roommates are moving out at the end of November when the lease ends so I’m looking for 2 girls to take their spots.

One of the rooms has a private bathroom and the rent is $ + utilities. The other room is $ + utilities.

The lease starts Dec 1 and we would be signing for a full year. The building is full service and the apartment has laundry in unit. Elevator, package room, gym, lounge room, rooftops. Both rooms are huge with a closet and big windows. The living room and kitchen are super spacious with a big window.

Little about me - I’m a year old fashion photographer. I’m from New Jersey and have been around NYC area for years. I’m often on shoots but my schedule is not fixed, and other days working from home :)
