Two rooms available

I am currently renting a two story house with two friends who are, unfortunately, planning on moving out soon. I need two new roommates to fill the space left behind and on the lease. We recently renewed the lease in September, and the property management is giving us the option to just replace them on the lease, rather than end the lease altogether. Medium backyard space, two car garage and driveway, though part of the garage space is taken up by included exercise equipment. Both rooms come furnished, but any included furniture can be moved to unused space if you are bringing furniture. I am trying to fill both rooms by end of November.
