Looking for one or two housemates to share my huge 2 story 1700+ sqft house w/ fenced front yard, fenced back yard / patio, & attached garage in the East Long Beach area. The home is located on Carson & Norwalk, right off the 605 & very close to Long Beach Towne Center & El Dorado park.

I have two large bedrooms available for the following setup:

- Single room w/ 1 shared upstairs bath & 1 shared downstairs bath. Both bathrooms are only shared w/ one other housemate. Full access to shared living space. Single occupancy per room. All utilities included. $700 per room.

- Both rooms w/ 1 private upstairs bath & 1 shared downstairs bath. 2nd room can be used for office, hobby, storage, music, anything really. Full access to shared living space. Single occupancy. Utilities to be split (estimated max $200/month). $1000 per both rooms.

The shared living space includes a large fenced front yard w/ gated parking, large back patio w/ lounge area & fire pit, spacious kitchen w/ breakfast bar, large dining area w/ standalone bar, enormous living room w/ fire place, attached two car garage for storage / projects / parking, in house washer / dryer & cable / wifi. All living areas are furnished, both bedrooms are unfurnished.

The home will be shared w/ myself & my two small dogs. I'm a young professional male who works in Cypress, CA. Interests include playing music, gaming, craft beer, billiards / pool, sports, cooking / BBQ'ing, motorcycles, etc. Hoping to find someone of similar age & interests to mesh well with. Students & musicians welcome. 10 minute drive to CSULB.
