Comfortable rental 2nd floor apt

Pictures are of living room right now, the room is being fixed. The apartment is by Van Cortland Park S, Bronx, no elevators, between the train and the D you would have to take a bus, buses nearby are the
, and bxM3. The room has a half private bathroom, 2 closets, room is about sq ft so it’s pretty spacious. It is a 3 bedroom apt, I the landlord current live there and with my twin brother. I have 1 cat so you must love animals, but no dogs allowed in building. I have a ring camera in front of the apt door mainly just to have and to let know the mailmen to leave packages, we are nice and friendly but usually stay in our rooms. The room will have some furnitures. You must be clean, pick up after yourself and dishes must be washed same day, noise should be at a minimum by 9pm (mindful of others) it is usually peaceful in the apartment. No more than 2 guest over and not often to keep in mind because of others and work. Living room share is limited and pick up after yourself. Room for more than 1 year can be discussed. Your $ Deposit will be given by move out day. I will need recent pay stubs and ID verification.
