Hello there! There are currently 3 people living here. Myself, my boyfriend, and another transmale roommate. It's a whole house we live in, just renting out the one room, so you will be sharing the restroom with the other roommate. Our house isn't the best as we are slowly trying to fix it up from the previous owners, so please keep that in mind before photos go up officially. Definitely a fixer-uper kind of house for now.

We all generally keep to ourselves but also don't mind chatting with one another and sometimes playing games together, talking, hanging out, etc. We go shopping every other week as well and pool drinks and household items unless you choose to do your own shopping for stuff like detergent, cleaning supplies, etc. Food is all seperate already unless we decide to order stuff like pizza, then you can chip in if you'd like some. Stuff like that.

I have two dogs, large and medium. They are both male and both people friendly but the larger one is dog selective, so we will not be allowing other dogs in the home. They both like to chase small animals as well, so cats would also be out of the question. Smaller pets kept to your bedroom is perfectly fine though.

The price is rent, internet, and electricity all together. We have well water, so please keep that in mind if you have any preferences for that. We do our own lawn, so you're more than welcome to help with yard work if you're interested, but it's not necessary.

Chores are not really a worry, just make sure you pick up after yourself and do/say something if you notice something that needs to be done.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask anytime! The room is on the smaller side as well, so keep in mind if you are trying to bring large or lots of furniture.
