Room in a four bedroom three bath brick home on acres with a pool and huge front and back yard. The room that is available has its own bathroom and is convenient to the kitchen. This is the only room on that side of the house. All utilities are included in the $400 a month. you will have access to laundry and we even have a second fridge so there is plenty of room for food storage. You must be pet and child friendly as I have a toddler, a dog, and cat. We would prefer a single woman and maybe even couples, bu no single men. You will need to provide references, proof of employment, and pay for a background check. There is a deposit, so the move in cost is $500.
