minutes from RTP. 5 min to Target & Food Lion. Less than from Publix & Harris Teeter.

Internet, electricity, gas, water, and trash included. No drugs, smoking, vaping, or pets (allergies). Shared full bathroom. There are half baths in the house if
the full bath is occupied.

I prefer tenants who plan to stay for a year or longer, but the first lease is 6 months max with potential to renew.
