3 bedrooms, need 1 roommate

I live in a three bedroom apartment, currently with two people living in it. Our living room and kitchen is fully supplied and furnished. The only furnishings necessary would be for the person moving in. We have great neighbors who are mindful. We have one pet, a kitten named TK who is extremely friendly and cuddly for a cat--he may as well be a dog. My roommate and myself are both students, and I am employed. Our potential roommate needs to be either a student and/or employed. Drinking and smoking is okay as well. My roommate and I are each cleanly and go half and half on groceries so we don't need to worry about who can eat who, but if whoever moving in is not okay with that accommodations will be made. We do go out, but not frequently. We are okay with partying but our apartment isn't necessarily large enough, and we also have nice things that could potentially be broken. Currently we are a two-bedroom price for rent, which is $450. If we were to have our third room occupied, the rent would be lowered to $320 which would be much more ideal for everyone. Our apartment complex Harts Cove is mostly a college community, but it is quiet and calm compared to most in Clemson. Harts Cove has two docks on Lake Hartwell, one is a personal dock and one is a boat dock--so if you have a boat there would be a place for it. There is a large fire pit in the complex, which is good for get togethers. There is also a basketball and tennis court, sand volleyball court, club house which includes a pool table, desk cubicles, a tv room, kitchen, tanning bed, and workout room. The dumpster and mailboxes are located conveniently close to our building. My roommate and myself are each very welcoming and accepting people, who don't judge like most people do. We are genuine and that is something necessary in the potential roommate. I personally pay all my own expenses, and school tuition, so if you are interested contact me ASAP.
