X1 The Studios Studio to rent.

I am moving abroad so sadly I have to find somebody to take over the contract for a lovely studio flat.It is part of building with 200+ other studios, mostly students but also young professionals. You can choose to mix with other people as little or often as you wish but it is ideal for somebody who likes their own space.
The flat comes fully furnished, including a double bed with lots of storage underneath, a double wardrobe, a desk and chari, Ikea KALLAX storage, a dining table and two chairs. It even comes with a kettle, toaster and microwave.
Included in the buiding is a reception area with lots of sofas and chairs, and pool table. Security are also present here in the evenings for peace of mind. There are personal letter boxes here also.
Downstairs in the basement is a gym and cinema room, both of which are free to use. The laundrette is also downstairs at extra cost. Parking is also in the basement at £50/m.
The rent is £120/week if paid termly for students, or if you wish to pay monthly (as I currently do) it is £501.81 a month. If you are not a student council tax is £94/month (the cheapest band).
All other bills are included, except tv licence which is around £12/m.
There is no deposit (I originally paid £150 but will forfeit it when I move out) but there is a £200 admin fee which is non refundable, paid directly to X1 before you move in.
This flat would be useful for somebody not wanting to start a 12 month contract with X1, as you would be in my postition and find somebody to replace you or pay the remaining months rent.


the photos on the are exactly how it looks in real life apart from cushions and other decorations :)
