Large room with walk in closet

I have a large sized room with a walk in closet in Orenco/ Tanasbourne/ Hillsboro area for rent! Available the first week in Novemeber. It's right next to a shared bathroom. The rent will be about $600 per month and when you first move in there is a $85 dollar 'security deposit' that will only be partially returned based on cleaning fees upon move out. Dogs are allowed as long as they are friendly and trained :) There will also be a 250$ pet deposit and a pet fee of 30$ due with rent if you want to bring your furry friend!

The place is awesome! The max line is a 10 minute walk away and numerous bus stops are also near by. If you have any living room furniture you get brownie points! You must sign your name to the lease and pass a background/criminal check. The lease is 6 months but there is definitely an option to make it another 6 months or longer if you're interested :) There's a fitness room and pool at the 'club house'. Oh and laundry is in the unit so yay for no quarter laundry machines! Also per the management company there is no smoking on the property so if you smoke you'd have to go on a walk on the nearby trails
