I'm looking for a roommate that wants to find a place together so it will both be our place. I want to stay in the Woodbridge area. No crazy restrictions that you'd find when people are trying to rent a room in their house besides normal agreed-upon roommate rules. I want to move late January - March. Let's talk and find at least a 2 bed, 2 bath place.
What I'm looking for:
M/F 26-39. Must have steady employment. No pets (I'm allergic). No drug use. Smoking cigarettes is fine, but outside. Not OCD. Really just looking for someone that wants to save money like I do. Be willing to sign a 1 year lease.
