Student room mate wanted!

This is a great townhome location, rent includes cable and internet. Private bedroom with full bath and half bath down stairs. I Would prefer another female that's a student or a young professional. I won't rule out men. I really only require you keep the down stairs clean, no flowing garbage or piling dishes. Bring your own furniture! The downstairs is furnished but I'm down to redecorate. I'd love to have a room mate that's actually someone I could go out with or hang out with! Laundry room included, I have no pets but landlord requires $200 per deposit. No extra fees after!
