Looking for a responsible, respectful, clean professional/student to rent a room in renovated row house on Patterson Park Ave.
Professional, Johns Hopkins students, residents, staff preferred.

Three story row house with 3 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 full bathrooms in great, safe neighborhood.
Great location within 15 minute-walking to JHU Hospital, 1 min walking to the Patterson Park.
The house is also close the bus station to Johns Hopkins Hospital Bayview.

Air conditioning, washer and dryer on , refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher provided. High speed internet is included.

The room to be rented out: on the second floor, 21 feet by 12 feet, with OWN private full bath and private deck.

The rent is $900/month and deposit is $900 with one year lease. Utilities (water, electric, gas) is split ½.


I am open to negotiate rent for the right professional/students. No pets, No Smoking, No drug.
