This spot is a hidden gem unaware to both natives and newcomers to the area. It is quiet and close to everything from Downtown to the Atlanta Airport.

You will have your own furnished room, but will share common areas, including
a furnished living room with fireplace,
a lounge with smart television and stereo( in deference to a formal dining room),
the kitchen,
a deck with grill, and
a fenced back yard.
