I am a 42 year old female veteran, profession. I live in a 2 bedroom garden apartment in a gated community with 24 hour foot patrol present. There is a dining room and nice size kitchen with dishwasher. One bath, shared utilities and wifi. (utilities = $80 extra a month). Small pet fees are extra. (only pets under 40 pounds with verification of weight are permitted).

The apartment community is at Park La Brea with a lot of surrounding shops and culture (The Grove, Farmer's Market, Whole Foods).

I am an Assistant Manager at Starbucks and work for Lyft on the side. I practice yoga and enjoy fitness and great nutrition. I also am an aspiring actress. I am into healing and recovery and recently transitioned from the military. I am only renting to females. There is a fitness center, 2 salt water pools with yoga classes, 3 parks and 2 outdoor cafes.

I have a sweet Chihuahua named Peanut. One more small pet it allowed.

It is ready to move in now.

The room is very small, about 9'x9'. The rent has been adjusted so that each roommates pays their fair share. If you are looking for a spacious bedroom or if you have a queen or king size bed this is the going to be a good fit for you. The rest of the apartment is very spacious with a very large patio.

• The leasing office requires a background check (credit history, but not income verification).
(I will draft a roommate agreement for us to sign so that everything is clear legally and financially between us).
- this is only a long term lease agreement rental unit. This room is not available for short term or for subleasing. The current lease ends in April. You must be willing to stay until April to be considered for the room.
