Private room with private bathroom in a nice, newly-built home 3 minutes from Hwy 59. Very close to Brazos Town Center in Rosenberg. I will schedule maid service monthly, which is included in the rent. Large room with medium-sized closet, and large bathroom available immediately. Neighborhood is up-scale; the community center (exercise room and pool) and walking path around the lake are directly across the street. You will have full kitchen privileges, and access to the TV room (large floor plan - I use it work out to videos, and you can, too) which also has an elliptical machine in it. There is some additional closet space, if you need to store out of season clothes. The bedroom is currently furnished, but you are welcome to bring your own items if you prefer.
