Hello, I am looking for someone to rent my second bedroom in my two bedroom apartment. The living area is fully furnished but the bedroom is not. It does include a full private bath, full size washer & dryer. Rent would be 630 plus utilities. I have pets so you will need to be pet friendly, if you feel this would be an issue please do not contact as they are non negotiable. Please contact if you are a student or young professional who can pay bills on time and are able to be independent. I work a lot and appreciate my privacy when I am home, however I am a friendly roommate I enjoy conversation and don't want to feel like I live with a stranger.
