Kids are here less than fifty % of the time and they have their own bedroom. Looking to rent private bedroom and private bathroom. Living Room and Kitchen furnished. Utilities are not included but could be added into rent for a little bit more each month. Utilites are electrical, fiber internet, water/sewer/trash. Yard is turf, so no mowing is necessary. I am a working professional, and like to get out of the house on my days off.
