I am a single mother of three children ages . The youngest child is only here half time. Our home has bedrooms, two of which are rental units for solo traveling FEMALE roommates only. My bedroom and the two younger kids rooms are in an addition to the home, on the opposite end of the house from the roommate rooms and oldest child (girl). We have rented rooms for years and are well accustomed to sharing space respectfully. We have plenty of space and love our roommates! I own and operate two small businesses, and work from home full time. Our home is peaceful and happy, and our family and roommates are drug-free and smoke-free. We have cat, none of which are allowed into roommate rooms. We are not accepting roommates-with-pets requests at this time. There are two bathrooms in the house, and one is shared. Other shared spaces are kitchen and laundry room. There is a separate refrigerator for roommate use only. This room for rent is suitable for one person who is attending school or working full time. I do not rent to couples, and have a no guest policy due to my children being in the home.
