It is easy to access to /Beltway 8. The zip code here is . The crossroads are the intersection of Ludwig and Brand Lane. It is a fairly new subdivision and is very safe. It is about 3 miles from West Belfort Park & Ride. I work downtown as well and use the Park & ride service. It is also close to Sugar land Town Center/groceries/gyms. There is internet access in the house. You are welcome to use the kitchen. You will have your own room fully furnished with a bed, TV, dresser, table, and chair. The room also has a walk-in closet and the shared bathroom is just outside the bedroom. I will maintain the cleanliness of the shared bath. We also have a washer and dryer in the house for you to do laundry. Can you tell me a little more about yourself, where are you from, length of stay, working at, etc?
