Happy Spring to all my apartment seekers:

I will have an opening in my 2 Bedroom Apt this May and looking for a long term roommate to call Hermosa Beach home. I have lived in this community going on years and love everything it has to offer. My apartment is about a half mile to the Hermosa pier and just steps away from gyms, grocery stores, and boutiques. They truly say that Southbay is like a bubble. I have everything I need and I'm hoping to find someone that is looking for the same thing. Rent will cover all utilities including WiFi and DTV Stream. Spring is here and Summer around the corner and my spot will rent within a week or so. I'm looking for the right fit so if this fits you, please dont hesitate to respond back. Here are a few of the things I'm looking for in a roommate: MUSTS are be respectful of noise at all times, working full time (not at home), cleans up after themselves in all common areas, and No smoking or drugs or partying. I'm a working professional and I'm hardly there. I've also turned my living room area into a mini studio but your room is completely private and we will all share the bathroom and kitchen area. Thanks so much for reading and if you dont have a ton of things and always wanted to live the beach life without having to pay an astronomical amount, this spot may definitely be a Win Win! I'm also looking for a minimum of 6 months and then we can go month to month. SD will be required prior to move in as well. I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
