Looking for a new roommate!

Hi there! My name is Anna Maria. I am moving out of my apartment in May and, my roommate and I are looking to find someone to replace me and move in May twenty third. The lease ends in the first week of September, but you have the option to renew it and find another roommate because my roommate will be graduating from TU and going back home. The apartment is in the Towson area a few minutes away from TU university and Belvedere square. The living room has been updated so the current decor is different. I have a video of that so if you want to see it, just let me know. I am also willing to sell my furniture at an affordable price! The rent includes everything except BGE. BGE is based on usage but our range is usually around ninety to a hundred and thirty dollars per person. The security will be given back to you when you move out. It is a lovely community and we are located just minutes away from lots of stores, restaurants and more. The apartments complex has a gym, dog park and we typically have small community gatherings each month. My roommate has two cats so being pet friendly is a plus.
