urgent sublease in berkeley

hello everyone! i’m short-term subleasing a single room in a 3bdrm apartment in south berkeley!

lower floor of a beautiful duplex, about a minute walk from campus but super close to multiple bus stops, ashby bart station, and berkeley bowl!! ideally we would like someone who is able to move in march 1st but open to later starting dates as well. we do have a cat so you would have to be comfortable sharing a space with him🫶



amenities include:

-single bedroom to yourself

-in-unit washer/ dryer & dishwasher

-furnished kitchen space, furnished living room space, nice backyard space

-office space

-shared bathroom (only with 1 other roommate and empty shelves for your things)

-two women-identifying roomies who are seniors at uc berkeley!

-street parking available



finances:

-rent is $/ month + wifi
