Description
Nestled between SF State and City College, this neighborhood has the best of both worlds. Quiet enough to focus on work or home life, and still only a min Muni ride to downtown SF. With views of the sunset over the Pacific Ocean, the house has a classic SF feel but also has all the modern amenities.
Washer/dryer on premise with no extra cost to operate, 5GB high speed internet, full shower/bath, and a garage full of space. The house is a bath with living room, kitchen and dining room, and a backyard big enough to hang out in and have a relaxing bbq on a Sunday evening.
Your roommate would be us, Heather and Igor. We have been together for years now, with 9 of those years living in this house together with roommates. Heather works as a legal assistant , Monday through Friday, and has her own candle company. Igor works as a bartender weekend nights and also goes to school full time. We both love cooking and eating delicious food. We’re both big into traveling and love to go on hikes or generally be outdoors. We have a year old cat who is absolutely adorable and loves to be a ninja hiding in the shadows, and we also have a one year old shepherd husky mix who loves to play and is the sweetest girl. We’d love someone who wants to be friends and hang out or share meals but totally respect each others space and needs.
