The room is in a bedroom/ 2 bath first floor level condominium. Just recently renovated in . The room itself just being freshly painted 6 months ago in June .
It is approx. ’ and you have your own private bathroom (with tub) on the hallway.
It can be furnished if you like. See pictures of what currently is. (In a gloomy day 🤣) but i have other furnitures you can use in the storage as i work as a freelance stager. Or it can be left empty if you wish.

The House

Easy access to I-. minutes driving) from meta HQ.
Closed distance to regional parks if you like nature, hiking , or biking.
You have Full access to spacious kitchen, utilities, washer and dryer, kitchen equipments in a fully furnished house.
The complex is nice with a swimming pool, and big jacuzzi. There is also designated permitted parking spot if needed.

Utilities:
HOA, garbage, electric and gas, water and internet is included in the rent.

Roommate:
Looking for a good fit roommate. No pets, no smoking inside the house. Requested for Non-Criminal Background (NO Evictions, Convictions) and Please have a stable employment (Verifiable Source of income)
I'm single, very easy to get along with, responsible  and respectful. My last roommate was renting since until February .


Rent is $ includes all utilities, water, trash and internet access.
