Subletting room from April 1-Oct!

I am subletting my furnished (optional) bedroom in a large bathroom apartment in Roscoe Village starting April 1st. The lease can be renewed in October if you want to stay!
Rent is hundred, including utilities and WiFi. You would be living with year old guys who are super nice and respectful. Laundry is downstairs (quarters) and there is a super nice balcony with outdoor seating. Street parking is free and there is usually always spaces close by. 3 min walk to Addison brown line, busses are right outside the door.
