My condo was built in - it’s maintained really nice & still new. I’d like someone who can maintain my place please.

The residential area includes - access to gym fully equipped and free access to community area. We are walking distance to the BART and bus station for easy commuting.

My condo includes, an empty room with a closet. Detached full bathroom. Fully furnished condo with TV, couch, kitchen, dinning table. Parking is available in front of the front door.
