My boyfriend and I are looking for 1+ roommate(s) to rent out a bedroom with their own bathroom in a bathroom house in Concord! I am , we are super chill and like to go out, but mostly chill at home. We both work and go to school. Faith (me) has 2 cats who mostly keep to themselves but love people! We are relatively clean and are friendly. (not inside)

We like to have friends over and we welcome you to bring yours
Friendly with animals
Preferably has no pets
Has their own means of transportation
Can get a cosigner upon request or makes around 3k a month
Willing to sign a lease (no exceptions)

We have furniture/ variety of dishware and utensils so if you do or don't have stuff, perfectly fine
