Roommate needed for studio room

Hello everyone! I have a studio type room for rent in my apartment in fashion valley for hundred plus wifi and utilities which are split three ways. Move in date is before Feb. first You Will have your own bathroom and closet. There are two showers in the apartment that you will have access to. Washer and dryer are in the until along with a dishwasher and balcony. Free use of the kitchen is encouraged as long as messes are cleaned up afterwards. The room will be unfinished but can fit a dresser and a queen sized bed. No pets please because we already have cats. Overnight Company is welcome. You will have a parking space and there is guest parking in the garage. If any questions or more pictures needed feel free to contact me. The wall is temporary we are looking to install a floor to ceiling curtain that encloses the room soon.
