I have a bedroom located downstairs in my house that will be available and move in ready February 1st! The bedroom is ft, with adjustable shelving in the closet. The bedroom is spacious enough to fit a queen size bed, side tables, and dressers!

The downstairs bathroom would be shared with another male roommate who has lived on the property for over a year now. He is a fantastic roommate & we are both looking for someone who is clean, quiet, and aware of their surroundings when living with other people. All shared living spaces are pictured (not pictured is the back deck). This is NOT a friendly house.

Rent is $ a month, plus utilities, with a 6 month lease (with possible extension). I do require a background check, and proof of employment. Renters must have renters insurance (prettty cheap and easy to set up)
