Urgent Sublease!! I live in Statehouse Woodward and have to go home for a family emergency for the semester. Please let me know if you are interested in subletting during the spring or summer :) The apartment is fully furnished in a with two balconies and amazing amenities. Electricity bills tend to stay minimal and I am willing to pay for some of the rent still if needed, anything will help.
